ND Series NG DRA

Intro

Natural gas (NG) drag reducing agent (DRA) is a chemical additive that reduces gas pipeline resistance, increases gas transmission volume and improves transmission efficiency. NG DRA can be injected into the gas pipeline through inline atomization without affecting normal operations. NG DRA can be applied not only to uncoated pipelines, but also to pipelines with internal coating.

Research on NG DRA dated back to the late 1990s, but remained in the theoretical and laboratory test stages. Powered by our patented technology, we are now a leading provider of NG DRA at industrial scale.

Benefits

  • For uncoated natural gas pipeline, drag reduction is 10~25% for a single injection for 60 days under same delivery volume .

  • For coated natural gas pipeline, drag reduction is 8~15% for a single injection for 60 days under same delivery volume .

  • Suitable for pipelines in harsh environments by increasing transmission efficiency and reducing the required number of pumping stations.
